Guest Service Center
University Mall's Guest Service Center is located just off Center Court (at the entrance near Dr's ValuVision).  The Center provides customers with assistance and a variety of services including: stroller rental, wheelchair loan, gift card sales, bus schedules, shopping bags, local newspapers, copy and fax service.
 
Gift Cards
University Mall gift cards can be purchased at the Guest Service Center.  They are accepted at any mall store or restaurant that accepts American Express.  Cards are available in any denomination between $20 and $300 and may be purchased with Cash, Corporate Check, Visa or MasterCard.  There is a $2 service fee associated with each card.  Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.

Saluki Express Bus Service
University Mall is a stop on the route of the Saluki Express.  The bus arrives every 20 minutes and travels to destinations including shopping, entertainment, dining, Southern Illinois University and John A Logan College locations.   Riding the bus is free to students and $1.00 to the public. 

Mall Walkers
University Mall features an ongoing mall walkers program called the Strutters Club.  The Strutters Club holds a breakfast meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at 8:30am.  In addition, Southern Illinois Healthcare provides blood pressure checks each Wednesday morning.  Membership is free and additional information is available at Customer Service.

Strollers & Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for loan and stroller for rent at the Guest Service Center.  

Public restrooms
University Mall offers clean, handicap accessible restrooms equipped with baby changing stations. Restrooms are located between Romancing the Stone and Vanity. Additional restrooms are available in the Food Court, Macy's and JCPenney.
